Articolo 12: Parit\u00e0 di riconoscimento di una persona davanti alla legge<\/strong><\/a>, e per quanto riguarda l&#8217;esercizio della capacit\u00e0 giuridica, indica:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;il sostegno nell&#8217;esercizio della capacit\u00e0 giuridica deve rispettare i diritti, la volont\u00e0 e le preferenze delle persone con disabilit\u00e0 e non deve mai consistere nel decidere per loro (&#8230;) Il sostegno pu\u00f2 anche consistere nello sviluppo e nel riconoscimento di metodi di comunicazione distinti e non convenzionali, in particolare per coloro che utilizzano forme di comunicazione non verbale per esprimere la propria volont\u00e0 e preferenze. In <a href=\"https:\/\/arasaac.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ARASAAC,<\/strong><\/a>tale carattere jolly \u00e8 rappresentato attraverso un cerchio rosso.<\/p>\n<p>Facciamo un esempio. Nel caso di azioni &#8220;avere&#8221; dobbiamo usare quel jolly per indicare che possiamo avere oggetti diversi: una palla, un&#8217;arancia o una penna. Non \u00e8 possibile progettare un pittogramma con ciascuno degli oggetti che possiamo avere. L&#8217;uso del colore grigio nel resto delle componenti del pittogramma evidenzia ancora di pi\u00f9 l&#8217;attenzione sul messaggio che vogliamo trasmettere, come nel caso della parola &#8220;primo&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Nel caso del test di gravidanza, \u00e8 stata utilizzata una lente d&#8217;ingrandimento per evidenziare l&#8217;elemento essenziale per comprendere il significato del pittogramma. In questo caso, all&#8217;interno della lente d&#8217;ingrandimento sono dettagliati i due possibili risultati del test di gravidanza. In altri casi, la lente d&#8217;ingrandimento ci consente di ingrandire una parte del pittogramma o indicare che qualcosa c&#8217;\u00e8 o \u00e8 messo &#8220;dentro&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Infine, viene anche utilizzata l&#8217;esagerazione di determinate azioni, conseguenze o caratteristiche, per rendere pi\u00f9 evidente il loro significato. \u00c8 il caso del pittogramma che si riferisce strutturare l&#8217;ambiente che per adattarlo alla persona con autismo in modo da facilitare la comprensione e l&#8217;autonomia, sia quelli che mirano a <strong>migliorare la comunicazione<\/strong>
