The authors of“A Different World”have created a novel resource: social stories on video. It is about using the attractiveness of the moving image for the realization of mini-sequences with pictograms of ARASAAC,which reinforced with voice and music manage to multiply the visual effect of the instructions based on drawings of social stories. With them we help to perform multiple tasks of daily life,the learning of behavioral norms or the resolution of the difficulties that the child or adult with autism may pose in their day to day.
It is a personalized format that allows you to create as many different social stories as each person needs, and then give them “life”.
