ARASAAC is a trademark of the Government of Aragon, registered with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office. The ARASAAC Pictogram Collection is registered in the General Registry of Intellectual Property (No. Legal Deposit Z 901-2013) as a collective work in the name of the Diputación General de Aragón, who has edited and disclosed it in accordance with the provisions of article 8 of the revised text of the Intellectual Property Law, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12.

All the resources offered in the virtual classroom (tutorials, manuals, video tutorials, materials and resources) are published under
a Creative Commons License (BY-NC-SA),
authorizing their use provided that the source, author, are shared under the same license and DO NOT MAKE COMMERCIAL USE OF THEM.

This implies that any derivative work that is elaborated from the resources contained in this Open Classroom must be distributed with the same Creative Commons license (BY-NC-SA), the authors of the resources must be cited, the origin of the same (Open Classroom of ARASAAC) and the license under which they are distributed (Creative Commons BY-NC-SA). Two ways to make this appointment are:

“Authors of the tutorials and video tutorials: ARASAAC Provenance: Open Classroom of ARASAAC (https://aulaabierta.arasaac.org/) License: CC (BY-NC-SA) Property: Government of Aragon”

or

“The resources used are the property of the Government of Aragon and have been created by the ARASAAC team for the ARASAAC Open Classroom (https://aulaabierta.arasaac.org/) that distributes them under a Creative Commons license (BY-NC-SA).“

The use of these resources within any product or publication for commercial purposes is therefore excluded from this permission.

For any other use, the total or partial reproduction of these materials by any means or procedure, including reprography and computer processing, is strictly prohibited, without the written authorization of the owners of the “Copyright”, under the sanctions established by law.
