PROCESS OF ADAPTATION OF ACCESSIBLE SCHOOLING FORMS.

The process followed to make these forms accessible started from a numerical pattern of the forms. To do this, from the final form, and, with the help of an image processing program, boxes were drawn and numbered each of the cells and boxes to be filled in each of the forms.

From this numbering, a first document is prepared in DIN-A3 with all the sheets that make up the form. Este primer documento tiene el objetivo de ser una primera guía visual que permite ver todo el formulario globalmente.

After this first work of numbering, an analysis of the form is made to plan the composition of the guide and detect those fields that are linked. That is, those that when marked or completed require that a complementary documentation be presented or an action be authorized.

Once the form has been analyzed, the elaboration of a guide begins in which each of the fields that make upthe form is broken down and establishing relationships between them. The document is written, initially, easy reading in Spanish with the support of pictograms.

In order to avoid cultural or racial biases, the characters used in the document are schematic or descriptive in gray tones without skin color.

The certain sections are zoomedin to clarify the sections or fields that compose it.

As a result of the analysis of the links between different fields that was previously carried out, those fields that are related, are grouped into different units so that it is understood that when marking or filling in a field a documentation must be presented or a procedure authorized.

Following these same steps, the guides for the different schooling forms were elaborated: Infant-Primary, Infant-Primary simultaneous siblings, Special Education andESO-Baccalaureate.

After the preparation of the guides in easy reading with the support of pictograms in Spanish, they were translated into the most common languages of migrants within Aragon, thanks to the mediation service of CAREI.
