DictaPicto is an application that allows you to pass a voice or written message to images immediately. Designed to help people with autism or those who use pictographic systems to improve their communication, its objective is to improve access to information and facilitate understanding of the environment regardless of whether the people around the person with ASD know these augmentative and alternative communication systems.
The translation of speech into pictograms occurs automatically from a spoken phrase of the user; converting it initially into text and, from there, into the pictograms/images that represent the words.

The translation of speech into pictograms occurs automatically from a spoken phrase of the user; converting it initially into text and, from there, into the pictograms/images that represent the words.
In addition, it is presented as a simple and practical tool with which to prepare in an agile way basic materials for, for example, the preparation of norms or simple social stories.
Functionality:
– Translation from voice to pictograms: The translation occurs automatically from a spoken phrase of the user; converting it initially into text and, from there, into the pictograms/images that represent the words
– Translation management: When the translated phrase is presented, the user has several options:
In case the word is represented by different images, archive the phrase to facilitate its subsequent use and even tag the phrase to facilitate searches.
– Translation file:This tool consists of a translation file, with default examples. This file is editable and the user can delete or add new translations. These translations may be tagged.
– Vocabulary management: The application includes a vocabulary corpus based on the ARASAAC pictograms. This can be extended and / or updated, editing or deleting the terms included in it.
– Speech recognition,as well as grammatical analysis for translations, will depend on whether the device is connected to the Internet at the time of translation.
– Personalization: It is possible to change the display of visual information so that it is represented only with images, with image and text being the latter smaller than the image or with image and text being the latter greater than the image.
LetMeTalk is a free communicator for Android and iOS that gives voice and communication support in any area of a person’s life.
LetMeTalk allows you to select images and build a sentence that can then be read using the synthesized voice of the device. The vocabulary selection can respond to a PECS (Image Exchange Communication System) system or a more traditional AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication).
The APP contains more than 9000 pictograms of ARASAAC in its database. In addition to the 9000 pictograms installed by default in the application, you can add images stored on the device or insert photographs using the device’s camera.
